REFUNDS
“Labels SA” will gladly grant you a refund before any actual samples are produced. However, once a physical sample has been created, expenses will have been incurred, and a charge for the sample will be imposed.
SHIPPING
Parcels under 1 kg will deliver your parcel on your doorstep (nationally) for a fixed fee.
ARTWORK
Labels SA can assist with laying out artwork, dimensions, and sizing. We provide an electronic copy for your approval, which will be used as a template for producing your product. To expedite your order, you can provide print-ready artwork in a .pdf vector format, converted to curves. Please be aware of the sizing of elements. We suggest printing a paper sample to assess sizing and legibility. Artwork that is not print-ready or in jpg format will incur a retrace cost of R300.
TURNAROUND TIME
The official production turnaround time commences once the artwork is approved.
